Same-day service on most calls and 24/7 emergency response. Loretto and the Hockley Valley are almost entirely off the gas grid. We handle propane and oil systems every week, and the switch to a cold-climate heat pump with electric or propane backup is the most common upgrade we're asked about.

Our furnace quit on the coldest night in January. Mike had a tech here within two hours, found a failed igniter, and had heat back on before the kids woke up. Fair price, no upsell, and he showed me exactly what had failed.Danielle R.Alliston · Google review
We replaced a 22-year-old furnace and AC with a cold-climate heat pump. Blue Spruce handled the rebate paperwork, the install crew was tidy and on time, and our hydro and gas bills have both dropped. Couldn't ask for more.Kevin & Sarah T.Tottenham · Google review
Been on their maintenance plan for three years. They text a reminder, show up when they say, and the one time the AC acted up in July they bumped us to the front of the line. That's the whole reason we signed up.Paul M.Bradford · Google review
Honest company. Two other quotes told us we needed a new AC. Blue Spruce found a bad capacitor and fixed it for a fraction of the price. That's who we'll call when it really does need replacing.Andrea L.Beeton · Google review
